The S&G 23150 perma coil jumper cable arrived with a problem with 1 of 2 wires. No continuity on line 1, manufacturing defect at the connection to the alligator clip (factory crimp cuts the wire). JB Tool Sales was not helpful. The manufacturer supplied a replacement. The replacement product is very good. The experience could have been a lot easier but it worked out after some effort and effort. I read another review somewhere where the buyer stated that they also received a bad/defective lead.
