Essential addition for bits

It's surprising that air chisel manufacturers don't sell wide blade chisels to work with their tools. It was the only one I could find. Measuring about 1 1/4 inches wide, it was invaluable for removing 3 coats of linoleum from concrete.

Pros
  • Hand tools
Cons
  • New competitors appear

Seems just right for scraping a thin layer of concrete

I bought this tool to scrape a thin layer of concrete. He does this job very well. Well, the best so far. There is no good tinset removal solution. I didn't give it five stars because it wears out very quickly and I'm hoping to find something that can handle thin set and concrete.

Pros
  • Tools & Housewares
Cons
  • Available in black only

They have a good edge and hold up well

These are the only tools I would use for breaking wood. I use them all the time. They have a good edge, hold up well and last a long time. A note: I used to be able to sharpen them with a good file. The steel seems to be harder lately so don't try to use a file. You will destroy the file. Use a belt sander (be careful not to overheat) or a diamond file.

Pros
  • Power Tools and Hand Tools
Cons
  • Crumpled Wrapping
