Frustrated but resolved issue

Had to quickly replace my 2 year old Hot Tools 2000 because I dropped mine and it stopped working. The new one has some problems. The handle is large and a bit awkward to hold. The diffuser wouldn't stay on and kept falling off as my hair dried. My husband took the file in so now it slides along and has some friction to keep it in place. The high-speed impact is so severe that the diffuser or funnel must be turned on.

I love it! the best styling tools and accessories

Great hair dryer! It is powerful and has all the necessary heating options. Hot is nice and warm, but don't dry your hair hot. The two main things I was looking for were light and quiet. I am satisfied with this dryer for these two items! It is very light, beautiful and quiet compared to other dryers. I actually went to Ulta and was able to test it. The only reason I bought from Revain was because I had a gift card. If you're an Ulta member, they often have coupons for 20% off. I would go this…

Stopped working after only 3 months.

I really liked the hair dryer. Dries hair quickly and without frizz. Unfortunately after 3 months it stopped working completely. It was delivered on 01/12/20 and has not been working since 04/12/20. And it was expensive! I thought I had enough for a few years. Very disappointed that he died from me.
