I have to laugh at myself for waiting too long to even try another dryer. I've struggled with how long my hair takes to dry for years! A dryer is a dryer like I used to think. I refused to pay twice as much for what appears to be mechanically the same device. Silly me. If you're one of those people, drop everything and buy this dryer. You will laugh.

I deliberately bought a 1875 W hair dryer and initially had my doubts about the performance of this hair dryer. Nowhere on the box or in the manual is the wattage listed, but it is listed in small print on the back of the grip, so I guess that's what it is.

Having had this hair dryer for 6 months now, I can say that it has almost everything I want in a hair dryer. You can set it to medium blowing power with high heat and it gets really hot. Medium blowing power is much quieter than high blowing power. I wanted a quiet hair dryer that was hot enough to dry and style my hair and this dryer did the job. Also, the filter on the back of the hair dryer is removable so it can be cleaned. This will prevent the hair dryer from overheating and burning out…

it is light and has good heating and performance parameters. The diffuser is weak. He falls easily, which gradually weakens him until he can barely hold on. The shape of the diffuser is uncomfortable. The black orchid does not match this dryer.

Not very happy with this item! The attachment doesn't snap into place and moves around when I try to blow dry my hair - very annoying so I pinched the paper to hold the attachment in place and had to put it in there to keep it from moving . !

This is the most mediocre hair dryer I have ever used. Mine finally broke after many years and Hot Tools have a reputation for quality products so I figured this hair dryer would work just fine. Now it takes me twice as long to dry my hair. The barrel is so weak it never gets hot enough to feel hot. I'm just really disappointed and it's such a hassle to give back.

FIRE HAZARD! - I want to upload a photo, but I can't find a way to do so. This morning while using this hair dryer for less than 5 minutes I started seeing smoke coming out of my outlet. I quickly turned off the dryer. I have now aired the bathroom to get rid of the burnt plastic smell. I pulled the socket out of the wall. Wiring is ok. The plug on the dryer melted around one of the pins and melted my outlet and nearly started a fire. I am now out of expenses for this dryer and need to replace…
