These pumps, heads, hoses, pumps themselves are of poor quality and only last a few months. You cannot contact a Topeak representative or Todson's parent company. They do too many things and don't even try to support them. You can't reach them through any social media page, the customer support lines go nowhere. If your problem is that the pump head is no longer holding the valve and your valve is blowing off under high pressure, before you spend the money on a pump head gasket kit, look here. You would have to be very abusive with the pump head to need this kit - you could have seriously bent or broken some Presta valves before you've even worn out the seals and that would tell you to be more careful. Had to replace the head (broken yellow clip) on my Joe Blow Pro but decided to update this dual head. The kit includes several installation options not listed which I think will make it even easier for anyone who needs to replace/upgrade this feature on a Topeak floor pump.
