I would like to know that both sides of my kitchen sink are ground fault proof. The apartment counter outlets were standard non-TP outlets, so I bought two TOPELE TR outlets and swapped them out on each side of the sink counter. I also like the LED that shows the status of the sockets. The only difficulty with the installation was the great depth of the outlet when installed in a wall box designed for a standard outlet. It just requires a little extra effort in placing the wires for the GFCI…

Pros
  • πŸ‘ UL Certified; The new GFCI-certified outlet offers protection against electric shock with an advanced GFCI design, and a flame-retardant polycarbonate housing helps reduce the risk of fire. The product is UL certified.
Cons
  • Short manual

Order date November 7, 2017 Order no. 113-7451035-55***** Order Total $71.94 (Pack of 6) I ordered 6 of these and had them professionally installed. In the 11 months that I've owned them, I've installed all 6. 4 have failed, two are about to fail, two have been replaced with outlets purchased from Home Depot. Despite the one-year warranty, Revain requires contact with the seller. The GFCI light is on, showing the circuit is hot but the outlets are not getting power. After the exchange with…

Pros
  • πŸ‘ Easy Installation: Rear and side wiring complete with standard size decorative wall plate and mounting screws.
Cons
  • Expensive

Made in China literally, all cheap and poor quality. Don't use the rear wire clamps, they are loose and uncomfortable and if you tighten them they will cut your wires. The side screws are ok, but they are difficult to use due to the loose metal object surrounding them. Self-tapping screws break easily. If you have a roomy box and never need to rewire, this will do. In real life, when drawers are tight and you may need to adjust/replace the device, that crappy outlet will bring you a lot of…

Pros
  • πŸ‘ Tamper Evident Sockets: The TR feature is a protective locking system that prevents foreign objects from entering socket openings. The safety flaps only open when the two-leaf fork is pressed against two flaps at the same time, which is safe for children.
Cons
  • Very expensive
