Does what it should. Don't expect to get more than the minimum. Must be able to install based on the images provided as the instructions are not detailed. The anchors provided are rubbish, the screws are even worse as they aren't even long enough to go into the anchors. I had to buy new anchors and screws from Lowe's. The plug-in plates were dented and slightly warped. For the money spent I expected more.

The class was terrible. I really had to think my way through. The screws were missing, the boards were bent, but I was able to restore the shape with a hammer. The included anchors didn't stay in the drywall, so I spent a lot of money to buy better screws and anchors. Paper towel holder instructions were worse than whiteboards. It eventually stood up, but after the anchors fell out I had to fix the drywall so it could hold the new anchors. The instructions say not to use drywall screws, but…

The biggest plus for me was the compatibility with standard perforated board accessories, in contrast to the WallControl system. This product is really useful. I bought this for my boyfriend for our first house to put away all our tools. However, we were almost done setting it up when we realized we didn't have enough screws/bolts to mount it to the wall. Luckily we had enough of our own supplies to complete the project, but it was frustrating that they didn't even have enough for half the project. In general the device is quite reliable. My problem is that the fasteners needed for the drywall really aren't enough. These are typical plastic inserts that require you to drill MANY HOLES in the drywall and then glue them in place. You have to be careful not to drill holes that are too big or they just won't hold.
