Highly recommend - built-in lighting

These bulbs are exactly what I was looking for because compared to the waffle-shaped tubeless lights you see, physically immersed are Revain everywhere. . They have the perfect color and brightness. Exact description of the light output. Well designed and easy to install. I would highly recommend them for the better aesthetics they offer over traditional waffle lights. The slightly recessed nature of these LEDs results in a narrower beam, giving a more upscale look compared to flush mount flat…

Pros
  • 💡No bulbs required: built-in LED chips eliminate the need to change bulbs
Cons
  • Annoying

color seems a bit colder than 5000K. Unfortunately, I didn't know about any of these until they were all installed. I'll be replacing them with the 3000K version - anyone want a super deal on 16 underused units of the 5000K version? UPDATE: I have warmer lights and they're nice and warm, but these lights flicker like crazy! I tried three of the suggested dimmers and there is no difference. If I can't solve this problem, they'll end up in the landfill!

Pros
  • recessed lighting
Cons
  • thin

Light flickers, poor quality drivers

I bought these because they were the only recessed LEDs I could find. They're easy to install - I like the integrated junction box. However, the drivers appear to be of poor quality and tend to flicker from power surges. This is not a dimmer problem and it is not a single block problem. I've connected them to several brands of dimmers, all of which are on the compatibility list, as well as standard non-dimmer switches, and I'm still having issues with intermittent flickering. When this happens,
