Torque Converter Clutch Driven Asymmetric Review

US (Commet) 5/8" hardware, this is a 16mm shank assembly. Or at least the ones I have. This is for Chinese imitations. To make it work I took the old one apart and used the flat side of the original.

This is NOT a 3/16 keyway. Also, it will NOT fit our old 5/8" torque converter base shaft. However, this is a specification. I would be very careful not to order this unless you are sure of your keyway and shaft size.

Very poor product, the flat side of the pulley was about 3/16 inch off center which itself caused premature belt wear. The outer half of the pulley has come loose from the hub due to an incomplete mounting rivet, not good.

Bought in January and due to ongoing life we only installed it last weekend. It worked wonderfully. about an hour. The middle pleasure in the pulley has come loose and is only shaky. It looks like it was very badly riveted. Generally bad workmanship.

Good product. Except for the actual installation of the product. I had to grind the hole decently to fit my kart shaft. (It was a small amount that I had to sand off). Otherwise it works great! Just measure and make sure it is the exact size you need. My shaft is 5/8", this part is slightly smaller than 5/8". "

Product looked promising but did exactly the opposite, it didn't fit my 5/8 screwdriver and bent the shaft when I tried to install it, I had to smash it with a sledgehammer a few times, to get it. I had to pretty much destroy it to film it and I couldn't save a single detail wasting my money when I could get a refund for the wasted time. Please come back to me Amazon

Looks like a decent product but I was disappointed it didn't jump over the shaft as the hole is too small. It should be 5/8", which is 0.625". Using a caliper, the diameter is measured at 0.612 inches. My old drive is .625 and fits snugly. The 0.013 inch difference is enough to prevent slipping on the shaft.
