    Buy the best quality and save money/time/hassle

    The first scale came without a battery. Got a replacement. Has been used to weigh packages under 75lbs for the last 3 months and is dead. Doesn't answer, says unload and does nothing. A very disappointing product.

    This is actually an update. These scales have a bubble level built into the front of the weighing area. I didn't realize how important it is to have a flat, stable surface to get accurate results. THEY DO. The "legs" are adjustable, so alignment takes about a minute. Nothing wrong with that. I used a scale and instead of connecting to electricity I used the battery method. I now believe the problem was that I worked in a cold store where the temperature is kept at 20+ F.
