Works great! I used the glue method and it seems to hold the Apple TV securely to the back of my flat panel display. Great fit! UPDATE: The bracket has already fallen off the TV due to gluing. I used this to mount a 4th gen Apple TV to the back of a 55" Vizio TV and it works great. I used the tape that came with it to attach the bracket to the back of my TV. . The instructions recommend waiting 24 hours before inserting the Apple TV into the mount to allow the adhesive to set. This is the only limitation. I like to keep my electronics organized so I was thrilled when I saw this. TV. One day I heard something fall and softly and it was my AppleTV! Here one of the very thin plastic hooks has broken off. I pulled out my box and used the other clips that came with the holder thinking maybe I just had a bad clip. There is no such happiness. A few weeks later I see that my AppleTV fell again and the clip is broken again. Very disappointed as I really wanted this product.

Forget about using clips to attach your Apple TV to the back of your big screen. Screw it to the wall behind your TV (won't interfere with a VESA wall mount) or behind (near the top) the cabinet that houses that large 60" screen.
