I like that it is easy to use, has many features for my organization's needs (it can be used as an Employee Self-Service tool or even internally). It would benefit from some more customization options so we could have our own dashboards/views of data within TOTech instead just using what they provide out offereings page which doesn't offer much flexibility when you need something customized per department / user group etc., but overall not too bad!
