An almost perfect mini umbrella, especially for children, which does not have to be opened and closed.

I love folding umbrellas and was looking for a small, compact umbrella for my youngest niece to carry in the side pocket of her backpack when she goes to school so she has it when she needs him. without taking up too much space.
