This is a great little tool and the price is great. It works very well. I rarely buy anything just to treat myself and I'm so lucky to have this. Product packaging was opened from the bottom. The main nozzle for the manicure was replaced, a file of another model that did not fit. The shaft diameter is too large to sit securely in the working base like the rest of the nozzles. UPDATE: Seller replaced entire kit for free but when it arrived. Same problem. I bought this to use on my dog's claws. I contacted customer service because I didn't insert the tools deep enough into the machine and then the tool fell out when I turned it on.
