Overall Great Product and Fantastic Support Team

The ease of using touchstone is almost too much! I can't imagine how long it would take me if i had no help from my staff, but even with them having an understanding they still need some assistance sometimes when getting started in certain areas or just learning more about what features are available etc.. It's very intuitive so any new user should be able to get up-to speed quickly without needing training - however there will always people who do not know their way around programs like this…

Intuitive solution allowing seamless integration between departments

I love that it is intuitive, simple to navigate, has all of my customer information in one place, allows me to have multiple customers under one account which saves time! The only downside so far is that you can't export your data into other programs like excel or word. If you are looking for an accounting program with great features this should be at top of list! We need something that will allow us to keep track of everything from our sales to purchases and payroll without having different…

Great option for website payments and custom forms

I like that it is very simple to navigate through, even with limited computer knowledge. It's also helpful having all of your information in one place so you don't have to keep searching for different things when trying to complete an order or submit payment. Sometimes there are errors where some fields aren't filled out correctly which can be confusing but they do help fix those issues if you let them know about them. They're always willing to work with you as well! The only thing I dislike is

Very useful tool for keeping and updating client info

I like how you can have all your clients in one place so that it's easier keep track of them, they are also able stay updated as well since there is always something new going out with their products or services! It sometimes seems slow but once i get everything set up its super fast because my data pulls down from 3rd party systems quickly (which speeds things along). This isn't much dislike just more preference/convenience if someone else were doing this at work then we could switch over…

Great Project Management Tool With Excellent Functionality

The ease of creating tasks, subtasks, documents, and other project components with this program. The ability to link all projects together in one place is great and saves tons of time. I dislike having to pay for updates that are necessary for continued operation. I wish that there was more functionality available at no cost. I also had difficulty finding documentation that explained how all the features work together. It took me a while and many searches before I found some tutorials online…
