The ease of creating tasks, subtasks, documents, and other project components with this program. The ability to link all projects together in one place is great and saves tons of time. I dislike having to pay for updates that are necessary for continued operation. I wish that there was more functionality available at no cost. I also had difficulty finding documentation that explained how all the features work together. It took me a while and many searches before I found some tutorials online that helped explain how everything worked. Take your time getting familiarized with it and you will be glad you did! We have been able to organize our projects and save hours each week by setting up the project templates and then using them as jumping off points for our own unique tasks. Having all of my projects organized in one place has allowed us to complete projects much faster than we would have done.
