Installs in about 1 minute - no tools required

This replacement foot rest was made by Toyota and fitted my 2000 Camry perfectly. The previous footpeg brackets broke, leaving the white fasteners in place. All it took was unscrewing the 2 original brackets from the floor studs, then attached to the new footstool with the new brackets, aligning the footrest with the studs and pressing the footrest onto the carpet. Perfect fit - easy to fix.

Pros
  • Direct Fit
Cons
  • Not the best

I replaced a missing footrest on my 07 FJ Cruiser. It looked easy enough to install, just slide it in and it should have been, but the studs on the bottom panel didn't line up with the clips in the footstool. After several attempts to catch one clip or the other, I gave up because I couldn't catch either one. I didn't want to break the footrest so I left it attached to the top clip. It looks nice on the floorboard and covers the hole where the studs are, so that's enough for me.

Pros
  • Genuine OEM Factory Genuine Part
Cons
  • Nothing here

Screwing into the base screws wasn't difficult, but make sure they line up parallel to the slots on the footrest. You need to adjust the length of the round split post on the back of the footrest. I struggled with the fact that the footrest wasn't stable when trying to install it and kept slipping off one side or the other (the pins were

Pros
