Great Price on Interior

Need a second key fob to buy a used car. It was a hundred dollars less than what the dealer was asking and was programmed by a locksmith for less than what the dealer was asking.

It was exactly what we needed and it works great

It was a Toyota product and after being programmed by a mechanic it works fine in our car. It contained a bladed key that also required a locksmith. The whole process was expensive but we needed a second key πŸ”‘

Best disappointed in keyless entry systems

I was disappointed that the electric key transmitter subassembly was fuzzy and when I received it it didn't have a flat key. This was very confusing for me as I thought that when something says "Assembly" it means the whole package, not just the FOB.

  • Great for a small home

  • So-so

This item cannot be programmed, big robbery!

I took my remote to the local Toyota for programming, after a long wait for it to be returned the technician told me it could not be programmed. I still had to pay $59.95 for his time. I have now read that I had to return it after 30 days. big robbery A very dissatisfied Revain customer. I would rate it "0" but that wasn't one of my options.

Replacement key fob required

I liked the ability to replace this key fob as it is impossible to start the car if you lose it. Thanks to the way the keychain is made, the little key that opens the car has a hook for your keychain. He retired without our grandson's knowledge and the keychain was lost. We had to hire a dedicated locksmith to get the replacement part and then program it into the machine. $$$This key doesn't come with a skinny key, but luckily that's all that's left of the original. It comes from a Toyota…

I lost a set of keys in New Orleans

Went to my dealer and they charged $500 for remote, keys and laser cut "key". Okay, I didn't realize that the little pin you pull out to open the case and put the batteries in is called a "key". I also didn't know that he would actually open the car door. Now I know. So I needed my spare set. I bought this remote from Revain, had it programmed by a locksmith and it works. Then I tried to find the right metal key that could open the door when the batteries in the remote control ran out. Bought…

Worked great. Thanks Revain for the original part.

Works great. Thanks to Revain for a genuine part. Pros: Dealer was pessimistic that it was bought online as there are many knockoffs around $45-60 but it was a genuine Toyota OEM part. Cons: Didn't offer to come. with the supplied blank key. Programming Note: This can only be programmed by an auto mechanic for about $50-$120 or at a Toyota dealer for about $120-$165. (1 hour work). Because it requires the TIS TechStream application and a data cable. (You run the risk of jamming your vehicle's…
