Perfect for 2012 Highlander

Great quality! Original Toyota cabin filter at a significantly lower price and in the same quality as at the dealer. No more hassle with the dealer. Perfect fit for 2012 Toyota Highlander. I recommend changing the filter at least once a year if you use the air conditioner most of the time.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Speed

the first is perfect. however

As it is an original part, the first one is flawless. However, I don't feel any difference between this $30 filter and a regular $12 Toyota filter (also a genuine part, same as the one that came with Toyota). Back to the $12 Toyota filter. Maybe my city has pretty clean air? :)

Just a little stiffer than an engine air filter, I do.

Slightly stronger than the engine air filter, I replaced it in 5 minutes. Perfect fit for 2013 Toyota Prius V. First remove the glove box door. Then remove the 2nd flap and take out the old filter. Words out, follow the up arrow. The dealer was angry that they didn't charge me more than $100 for it today.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Needs an outlet

Toyota has reduced the price of the OEM filter

Toyota has reduced the price of the OEM filter. I initially thought this seller would be a quick move so I went to the dealer to compare. They have less wrinkling and significantly lighter weight, which leads me to believe they also have less carbon. When you pull out your old one and the replacement is not identical. This is your option unless your local dealer has old stock. Plan to replace this filter more often.

Pros
  • Large selection

Do it yourself and save money.

As mentioned before, you'll save money by doing it yourself. Perfect fit for 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid LE. 25 wasted parts plus 5 minutes of your time. The dealer wanted to take $80. Do a quick YouTube search once you're familiar with the process. In 2013, no tools are required. Open the glove box. Detach the first plastic element. Separate the second plastic element. Take out the old air filter and replace it with a new one. Snap both plastic parts into place. It should be noted that this is a…
