Installation was pretty easy. I had to video it, but you can find it on YouTube. I was worried my dashboard would light up or something, but nothing happened and I didn't notice any change to indicate a problem, so I installed it correctly and it's working great! At least I save myself that, since they have to be changed with every oil change. So I bought two more of these.

Filter looks good, looks like a genuine genuine Toyota filter as advertised. My only issue and the reason for the 3 stars is that they shipped this via USPS - (First Class, according to the packaging) and it took 18 days to arrive. Tracking shows it was 7 days at the US Post Office in Crandall, Texas and others in Texas for 2-3 days. I guess Revain deliveries have spoiled me, but clearly USPS isn't as reliable and timely as it used to be. Very poor USPS shipping service.

Toyota parts list correct filter as 17801-0H050; I bought a replacement filter from a Toyota dealer who gave me the same filter, Denso 17801-YZZ02, same part, new part number from dealer. The cost at the dealer is 5 dollars higher. The Fram CA10171 is a bit cheaper, looks almost identical and fits well too, but after buying the Fram I had something of an epiphany; Toyotas are known for their quality, so how can you go wrong with an OEM part?
