Alright gauge pods - my new review

Biggest issue was the product description saying it was for a different vehicle. The manufacturers web site shows the multiple vehicles this same model will fit. Another issue was the mounting depth. An autometer ultra lite series trans temp gauge terminals are past the back of the pod so it doesnt look very clean. Holder does look good and is easy to install. Mine had a slight rub on the back of the steering wheel. Different gauges may work better and allow a cleaner install.

  • Installing this mount can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you're not familiar with the process. The instructions that come with the product aren't always clear, and it may take some trial and error to get it just right. Additionally, you may need to purchase additional hardware to complete the installation

For as much as they charge for this they should have at least included the screws to mount it

For as much as they charge for this they should have included the screws the design has an indent that should take recessed screws and it doesn't have recessed screws in the kit I had to shave down the original screws on the outside of the the head of it on a grinder to make it work

A Must if installing 2 gauges!

Works very well, very easy install, 5 minutes maxium. Looks alot better then piller mount. Put cooling temp gauge and trans temp gauge made by glow shift, on 2000 Tundra. Looks very good, highly recommend.
