Excellent Wi-Fi range and throughput

Link C2700 - Important part of my network. The 2.4 GHz WiFi band is excellent. I can also stream multiple 4K video streams (at 5.0GHz) up to 20 meters from the router. The phone app is useful for remotely checking the status of my home network.

great, but be careful with network products

speed and range are great, technical support is terrible. Whenever there was an internet outage in the area, the ISP fixed it and we still had no internet. After a dozen reboots between router and modem, terrible tech support, I tried resetting the router to factory settings and it worked. Until now, you never had to reset your old router when the internet went down.

Great so far. on routers

My 6 year old Buffalo Airstation AC1750 was getting a little dusty so I ordered it. No hiccups yet. High bandwidth, decent features, normal interface and Intel chip. (I'm not sure if the chip is important or not as this router is probably overkill for my family.) I watch a lot of TV shows and movies so I wanted to make sure I got something that could keep up.

WiFi keeps crashing

WiFi just loses connection. The wired port still works and luckily I have another access point on the network but I would prefer to use this one if it lasts more than a day without errors as it is faster. Get a constant 100MB on 5GHz when it works.

Used - Not New -

I've been led to believe I'm buying a NEW router. Upon unpacking, I noticed scratches and the fact that none of the cords were coiled properly. Nowhere in the description did it say that I was buying "as new" devices. If it works properly I will update the review otherwise I will definitely be returning this product.

Weak Wi-Fi 2 bands in 2 rooms and on the ground floor

Easy to set up. Disappointed with the performance of WiFi, especially 5g. The family room has 2 bars out of 5. It's on the ground floor, so the signal goes through the floor and a wall about 20 feet away. 2 bars. 20 feet
