The smartphone experience depends on two things: a) microphone, speaker and related functions of the phone and b) smartphone operation. I will be brief in my review. The phone failed miserably in its phone experience - the speaker quality is below average, on the smartphone side, the average screen is good (not great), the camera isn't up to scratch, the touchscreen is slow and freezes.
