Very useful customer services platform indeed

I like how easy it is for customers/employees or whoever delivers orders can easily keep track of what they have done in order to deliver an efficient service, even without leaving their app! The only thing that could be improved would probably b more options when adding new items into your cart so you dont get stuck with too many things if there are no other choices left available after clicking add item (at least at this stage).
