Great product and perfect solution as an ecommerce business

The ability for us to see what our clients are doing with respect to using or not using the products we sell them. Also it helps when they have questions about how things work in general which usually means I can answer those too! Sometimes there's lag time between updates but overall this software has been great at keeping me informed of my customers' activities within the system so far. We've had no problems thus far although sometimes some features do take longer than others to update. It…

TrackMyLeads - Excellent Lead Management System

The ability to track leads and follow up with them via phone and email. The dashboard is easy to navigate and provides great information on your leads. The ability to schedule follow up calls and emails is also great. The only thing I dislike about TrackMyLeads is the inability to enter new contacts into the database. It could be a great lead management system if it allowed users to enter contacts that are already in the database. I would highly recommend TrackMyLeads to any company that is…

  • Tracking Lead progress through each stage so you know where they left off, scheduling an automated call or Email every X days/weeks which helps keep consistent contact between customer & sales rep , reporting options
  • Monthly totals etc..Easy integration w other platforms used at my job (Zendesk) as well!

Great Experience Working With This Company To Get Setup

I love how easy it was for us when setting up our account with them! All you really have too do in order get your first month or two set-up correct before we had any issues at all using this software system!! They were quick about getting everything sorted out so they can help make sure there are no problems during setup/installation phase from end users perspective like myself anyway. So far nothing negative comes into mind but maybe more features could be included within one screen instead…

  • Friendly staff that is available 24 hours per day 7 days week as well
  • Great customer service support provided by their dedicated management group, very helpful & knowledgeable folks always ready willing go assist customers / clients whenever necessary.
  • Excellent product quality best solution ever used here locally since its inception back around 2008ish time frame now
