Just a month later the strap on the backpack broke at school, leaving a large hole in my pocket. My daughter goes to kindergarten, so she only has a change of clothes and an essay book. Wouldn't recommend it.

Baby loves his backpack. The lunch bag isn't big enough so I bought her another, the name tag clip will be useful at least for now, I wouldn't wear it like that if she was older, the pencil case is just a cute matching pen. Pocket. She used it for a whole block and liked it. No cracks so all good.

Bought this set for my Kindergartener to start school. She is 2 months old and there are holes in the bottom corner of the bag. She doesn't carry much with her - just a daybook with a few papers. She sometimes carries her lunch bag inside so it doesn't get much use other than everyday carry. I think it's decent to use it in school for 1 year. The pencil case and the lunch bag are still in good condition.

So far this backpack has fitted my daughter who is going to kindergarten very well. We'll see how it holds up for a year but for now it's perfect and the price was low compared to the 5-in-1 alternatives on Amazon. As I don't expect my daughter to be carrying a lot of weight in her backpack I think this will hold up well. If I were older and carrying books or work home every day, I wouldn't be sure the material would withstand those stress points in the corners.
