Frustrated Customer

I received this product, a 3-in-2 training manual for cats and kittens, and found that it is not complete. I poured the product and instead of 8 oz. There were only 6 ounces in the bottle and the bottle was obviously not sealed. I love helping small businesses but this is a serious oversight. This was bought for a new kitten. I'm disappointed. Too big a problem to send back. Please be more careful with future new customers like me.

Stopped chewing on the problem cat. The other cat didn't care and was so glad they didn't.

Used to discourage a cat from chewing on the corners of wooden furniture. Definitely worked. Must be reapplied every few days. He also seemed a little less interested in hitting those surfaces, but I think it takes a lot of spray to safely keep them completely off the surface. Our other cat is not affected at all. Good service bad product

It came quickly, there are no complaints about the company. Maybe other people have had different experiences, but it didn't work. I smell like ginger and the bitter liquid gets on your hands, which is fine if it works, but I've tried it in 3 places and my cat's behavior hasn't changed. For what it's worth I have two cats and they can both sit, stand and even high five me on command, they all learn with positive reinforcement and the other is very well behaved.
