Did not live up to expectations

Worked well at first but then failed to hold a charge. In addition, both this brand and another brand purchased will turn off if he shakes his head when playing with another dog, etc. All he has learned is that this new collar will beep and vibrate with no communication with barking .

Disappointed: Collars

I am very disappointed with this purchase. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it had to be assembled. I finally got it together but now I can figure out how to use it.

Worked well initially but then stopped holding a charge. In addition, both this brand and another brand purchased will turn off if he shakes his head when playing with another dog, etc. All he has learned is that this new collar will beep and vibrate with no communication with barking .

So far happy with the collar

Durability I can't rate yet as it hasn't been used for a long time. Seems to be a good product though. As soon as the collar is off he knows he'll start barking again ☹️ which is no problem with the collar. I'm glad it doesn't harm him and accomplishes his mission. So far it's holding up a charge well.
