Great product, great customer service

The most important feature for me are all available reports as well an overview over our current status with regard to shipments/invoices etc.. I have not yet found any features i dislike so far but would like more customisation options than what's currently offered (e g.: no ability at this time per say). We use it since about 1 year now - during which we had many problems before getting used to its functionality especially regarding shipment tracking or invoicing / billing issues- however…

Pros
  • Very good user interface, lots'a functions
  • Flexible system that can be adapted according your needs
  • Great customer service from SAP B1 Services !!!They really do care!!! :)
Cons
  • No possibility right up front in order set ups e dg.to specify exactly needed fields instead having them generated automatically.
  • Not easy if you need complex workflows such us shipping processes
