I bought this because the reviewer said it worked on his 2006 CRV with NAV. I got it, but it didn't work with WMA or MP3 files on SDHC flash. I grabbed an SD flash, used the USB port on my Honda CRV and both WMA and MP3 played just fine. The problem is related to this version of the PC card. I recommend you not to buy this on a 2011 Honda CRV.

Received this last week for our new 2008 CR-V 5DR 4WD EX-L NAVI + Whistler Silver M/Grey + fog lights. But for SD playback you need a PC card like this PCMCIA. No problem with the SD card which I also bought from Revain. I'm converting MP3 to 64-bit WMA to fit 870 songs on a 2GB SD. The maximum number of songs on a CR-V radio is 999, but in my CR-V that output is excellent.

This item was used with a 2GB SD card to play MP3 files in a 2008 Honda CR-V (EX-L with Navigation). The PC card slot behind the navigation screen is sized (formatted?) to fit this and some other brand PC cards, but this one so far works with both an SD card and a Sony MemoryStick, so it's one good option/alternative to simpler that connects an ipod to the audio jack.
