Great for memory card DVR

This is a great card for DVR. Looking at the Dashcamtalk forums, Transcend MicroSD cards are the most recommended. Not exactly sure why, but over the three years I've had two DVRs, it turned out to be true. I used a 32GB Sandisk card once and after almost a year of use it had corrupted files. I am using this 64GB Transcend card and 32GB card now and haven't had any problems for a long time. We're talking about G1W cameras and Street Guardian SG9665v2.

Price was right and fingers crossed

When I put it in my computer my computer saw the card but the card was not recognized as usable and I was unable to format it. My phone recognized it, but when I connected the phone to the computer I still couldn't see the map. I then formatted it in my phone and then the computer saw the card. However, upon receipt of a NEW computer, the card was recognized when inserted directly into the computer. Due to the difficulty getting this card to work, and past SD card failures, I'm keeping my…

I can trust Transcend

I got more than I expected with this Transcend 64GB Class 10 UHS-1 MicroSDXC memory card with adapter. Photos in the gallery. Every time I wanted to delete a photo, the gallery would get stuck between the next two images and wouldn't scroll smoothly through the next few images. I was sure something was wrong with the phone and was about to return it to the store when my new memory card from Amazon arrived. I used an older Class 4 32GB SD card with S5. When I replaced them all the problems I had

technology with my products. I managed to rid my whole family of 4 of Apple products (it took some effort). The fact that Apple is charging exorbitantly for such cheap storage capacity - um - we really should stop rewarding anyone for such horrible business practices. Because of this I have loaded my tablets and phones with all sorts of things, but I have found that I have little time to enjoy all these wonderful videos, audios and literature. However, these memory cards are great and…

Extremely disappointed

I received an SD card low speed error on my new dash cam after running it for a few minutes. I tried downgrading the DVR from 1080p to 720p and at first thought it was the DVR as I just replaced it. Well after some research I decided to test the SD card in my laptop. Initially, the speed was 18 MB/s, and then slowly began to drop to 2 MB/s. Again, I initially thought the card still had video and was almost full, with SD cards slowing down as they approach full capacity. So I formatted the drive

Died after 5 months, read-only, only disk, write-protected.

[UPDATE] I used this card in my LG G4 phone, I was very happy with it, I shot many 1080p videos, took many very important photos from an unforgettable holiday trip, which I copied onto my computer when I got home, I used the card for a few months and then, bam! FOREVER READ ONLY. It is no longer recognized by the phone and the PC says the disk is write-protected, tried SD card readers, adapters, Windows, Linux etc. The card is now write-protected, less than half a year after purchase. Since…
