Waste of Money best in my review

After getting this SSD, it has only caused problems for my computer. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I attempted to install it myself but it ended up not working correctly. The one positive is that it is very affordable. However, the hassle and frustration it caused is not worth the savings. Stay away from this product if you want a reliable and efficient internal solid state drive.

Pros
  • High read and write speeds for improved system performance
Cons
  • Does not have a large storage capacity compared to other solid-state drives on the market

Roon Audio recommends this drive for use in ROCK-powered Intel NUCs and it offers sound improvements over a traditional SSD. Roon Audio engineers know what they are doing. I had to try a regular SSD first as I already had one, and audiophile curiosity got the better of me, so I tried an M.2 SSD. I'm glad I did.

Pros
  • M.2 Type 2280 Compact form factor
Cons
  • Some bugs

Gets really HOT!

I used this product in a PCI adapter and it overheats like crazy, even with the fan blowing directly on it, this storage media thermally throttles like crazy. I also connected it to my laptop via the m.2 port and it's still overheating so I don't use it anymore. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but just something to watch out for when considering this product.

Pros
  • MLC NAND Flash and DDR3 DRAM Cache
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
