Just received the shirts and numbered them. Very easy to do. Good work. I set the temperature of the iron between polyester and cotton. I decided to warm up the material before applying the number. It's easier to remove the pad the hotter it was. Press for more than 15 seconds. at least 30 sec. Easily removed and then placed on a flat surface to cool. Looks nice. Will update after 1 wash.

Details iron relatively easily. It took about 1 minute of heat on the low to medium setting. Then I scrape gently and if the number doesn't stick, I heat a little more until it does. It survived the first few washes with no signs of wear. I've used them on a reversible polyester basketball jersey and they look well made.

They're perfect! I tested one of the letters/numbers on an old shirt before using it for the first time. I turned the iron on full blast and the plastic burned and the vinyl fell apart. Next time I turned on the iron on medium heat, held the iron on the sticker for 5 seconds and voila! The plastic came off along with the sticker! I slowly and carefully removed the plastic. The next test will be to see how the decal holds up when washed.
