Super cute for my opinion

This book is so cute oh my goodness. I love to journal, and this book for perfect in my collection of books. So happy I bought.

Hard to write in it.

It’s hard to write in. I find the food journal boxes are too small. I really love the layout and the book over others. But it’s hard to write in it. So for me it’s not as usable as I’d like.

My wife exercises, but isn’t fanatical with progress of weight, reps, etc. She keeps track due to illness, & this is a useful journal for her.
