For the price, this is a decent addition to a costume. The adhesion, however, is less than optimal, and early during the party I wore it to, it was coming off. Eating was all but impossible, and afterwards the adhesion was almost non working. Would recommend if you don't mind not moving you face for the whole time you're wearing it.

So this is basically a novelty costume beard with a 3M dual-sided adhesive strip. If you don't mind commercial adhesive on your face, it is "ok" for brief one-time use and the tape makes it very uncomfortable (if you try to talk or smile or anything to that nature the tape starts peeling off). The 3M tape also irritated my skin and left kind of a residue. May be good for a school project for an hour or two for a kid, but as a costume you will want some much better costume adhesive.

Really a great product. Matched my own hair perfectly. Had a lot of complements on how great it looked and how realistic it appeared. You will need spirit gum to keep it on for any length of time the tape it has will not last. But using the gum is not hard. Would strongly recommend this beard for someone looking for this option for a costume party or a few shows for a church pageant ect.

We bought several of these beards for our production of "Fiddler on the Roof" in different colors, and these ended up being our favorites! The looked the most real on stage, and after the original adhesive wore off, we continued to use them with spirit gum. Even Tevye wore this beard in grey!

Not bad, but then again, I've never tried one of these before. The fit was as expected. Not having experience, I didn't know that the adhesive was a single use kind of thing. Still, the adhesive worked well for me. I did have to search all around for more adhesive and will see how it works the second time around.

I ordered the one with a little gray in it, and this is solid black---big bummer, I was trying to look like a particular person. Not sure if I'll use it now.

The self adhesive tape works really well. This beard is not moving off my face without a lot of effort. I trimmed the sideburns because it was too long for my face. Also removed the soul patch part and trimmed the mustache a little. Very good quality.

My bf was Kenny Rogers and this beard stuck on over his facial hair all night long! He said he would forget he had anything on his face bc it was so lightweight. He even ate saucy pizza treats and it didn't bother him at all! Lol!

Worked great for my last minute Thor costume! Adhesive for the beard stayed on all day, and still has lots of glue left for re-use. (Did not irritate either) would not hesitate to order again.

I bought this when I dressed as Aaron Rodgers for a packers game. I did spray some root hair dye on it due to only needing the middle to be gray. I also used some spirit gum to make sure it would stay on my face all day.

Fit perfect! Took a inch off on each side of the side burns because it was too long. other then that it made my costume! That's my feedback.

Perfect for a costume party, I was the Dos Equis Man and the beard fit well and I was able to laugh, drink, and eat easily all evening. I highly recommend this product

A bit large for my face but its an easy fix and i was expecting since I have a smaller jawline. It's a nice fade from black to silver and I like it a lot.

I bought this for a Halloween costume. Right before we left for a party, I attempted to pull the adhesive backing tape off the beard. It would not come off. The backing tape stuck to the adhesive and it was useless. We had to find a store with beard spirits on our way to the Halloween party to apply this worthless item. Used this for cosplay at a convention. Cuts down real nice, hair quality is awesome. Recommend having spirit gum on hand cause talking will (naturally) loosen the stick. Good stuff tho.

Worked great for my uncle phil costume. Isn't really sticky on its own, but I used eyelash glue to hold in place and it stayed all night.

Beard was stiff and uncomfortable until I removed the tape backing and attached it with spirit gum. At that point it became a pretty good fake beard. Docking on star for needing to remove tape, but pretty good overall.
