These transformers are compact, waterproof and are for applications where a built-in timer or built-in photoelectric are not needed.

Decent product but with a few design/materials issues

This is functionally adequate, and It is nice to have two 12V leads. But beyond that, the quality of the electronics and design could stand improvement.I have three of these and each has a slightly different electrical issue. Two are inside my garage. The first one has a faint, continuous chirp (likely caused by a low-end transformer inside). The second one has a ground loop isolation problem.
