I bought this item to travel abroad to protect my passport, credit cards etc when travelling. I thought it would be handy to use as a wallet as it has a zipped pocket on the side about the size of a bill. I bought 2 of these to use on a trip to Mexico. I was happy with all the compartments and overall performance, but it's a bit big for wearing around the neck and also the strap that goes around the neck isn't detachable, so it's become even more awkward to wear it around your waist or to carry in the pocket.
