An excellent shaving bowl. Attractive appearance, unbreakable and internally grained, which helps foaming. It also takes up little space, feels good in the hand, fits large brushes and is high enough that the lather doesn't flow overboard. I can imagine ordering another one if needed, but I'm unlikely to order any other style of shaving mug or bowl.

Good for those who value durability above all else. Something that is easy to clean and helps with a good shave. If you want a specific aesthetic, like a stone bowl, look elsewhere. Well, in terms of travel comfort, it takes up valuable space because of its size. Maybe they think because it's so durable.

Works great. Good size for brushes with short brushes. The texture is very light but foams much better than a regular coffee cup.

I've used a lot of shaving bowls and usually use a bucket when making warm lather at home. I was looking for a travel bowl that was the right shape for rotating the brush to create foam and was the right size and weight. This is a product! I have found this bowl to be the correct shape for knotted brushes up to 28mm. The sides have the right slope, but there's also a nice flat bottom for proper frothing. I found this bowl a little small but it works fine. I like the quality for the price. Unfortunately they weren't the color I wanted when I bought this bowl but the white one still looks good.

I love this bowl. Easy. If you're looking to spend $30-$50 on a stone bowl because it's stone or "holds heat better," then go for it. I warm up my face and brush before shaving, so keeping the bowl warm isn't a big deal for me. I like this bowl because it's bigger. I don't smudge the foam all over when I mix. I love this little shaving bowl. It's probably the perfect size, deep enough so I don't splash all over the place, wide enough so my brush doesn't hit the sides, and small enough to use in a travel bag. It has little texture. which makes foam better than a smooth bowl. It also retains heat so my foam stays warm instead of cooling in ceramic or metal bowls. It's also very light and virtually unbreakable (I've dropped it twice and it hasn't had any noticeable damage). I highly recommend it!
