SEAL & FINISH - Step 2 in the Trewax 3-step floor care process both seals and finishes in one step. Combines high-gloss durability for a long-lasting non-slip shine requiring little maintenance. Non-yellowing acrylic formula dries to a beautiful shine that seals and protects floors from scuffing heel marks dirts and stains. Ideal for use on vinyl rubber "no-wax " linoleum unglazed ceramic terrazzo sealed concrete and asphalt flooring. Not recommended for unfinished wood granite natural stone painted or stained concrete glazed ceramic tile and newer "no-wax" vinyl flooors.

Best thing I have found on LVP floors

Like most people who have installed LVP floors (luxury vinyl planks) I found out after they are not completely waterproof so I need one Sealer that does not damage the surface will stick to the patio. That's it, not only does it do what it says on the tin, it looks fantastic, the high gloss looks better than straight out of the box. The main thing is that the woman is happy

absolutely love it. Too bad I took before and after pictures. Follow directions and wait between coats

love it saved me from redoing the floor in my rental office. I took beaten, worn linoleum to the floor to make it smooth, shiny and easy to clean. I scrubbed the old floor as best I could, rubbed again with a mixture of mild white vinegar and water, allowed to air dry and applied 4 coats with about 15 minutes between coats. Just in case, allow the final coat to air dry for 24 hours. Came back to see how my work paid off. Very happy with it. There are few passers-by in the office and the mainโ€ฆ

Definitely adds a shine to concrete floors

Bring an already beautiful new concrete garage floor to life with this wax finish. The oil-based sealer was expertly applied by the fitter, but applied unevenly and also scratched from some construction work. I washed the floor with soap and water then rinsed and let dry and then applied four coats of this wax sealer over the other sealer. This has resulted in a significant improvement in overall appearance in terms of gloss and appears to be resistant to foot traffic. Even the gravel and dirtโ€ฆ
