This is a thick flannel, very well made and the DEEP pockets are excellent. They fit our 4 inch foam-filled pillowtop mattress and don't pull out at the corners like any other sheets we've had. I can highly recommend and will buy again.

Colors will fade on first wash. I had to wash the sheets in two loads because they filled the dye washer with more than it could handle in one load. They had to be split into two batches to dry completely. I was very sad to see that the dark grey/black dye didn't hold up very well and light gray streaks were visible on most of it. The material is excellent, the color is terrible.

Bought these sheets for my boys beds. So tired of the sheets shrinking and not fitting the very thick mattresses that the kids couldn't make their own beds. Anyway, these leaves are too deep. My mattresses are 17", these are 24" deep. They also dangle a little after washing. The fitted sheet is elastic all around, but cannot be pulled up very well. I still prefer it too tight but can't give 5 stars. Kids love that they are soft. And I liked them so much that I bought more.

I have to say these are the most perfect sheets I have ever bought. I did as instructed, wash them in cold water, dry them on low, add a cup of vinegar to the rinse water, and they're long and wide enough to fit my king bed, if they hold me eventually they are As close to perfection as I have ever bought a flat sheet, it has plenty of extra hangover on the sides and the fitted sheet fits nicely under the mattress, if I find another listing like mine they will be the only sheets I will have will

I love the pattern on these sheets and they are the only ones that fit my bed with my 3 inch Tempurpedic pad but they curl up horribly. I gave away 2 sets of goodwill flannel sheets that I had for 4 years. They still looked great and looked way better than those sheets after one wash. I regret not returning them when they first arrived. This is a very stiff, rough flannel, not soft at all. I was hoping they would soften up after a few washes, but many washes didn't. Even more disappointing is that they barely fit my 15 inch mattress. I had to take my 2 inch topper off in order for them to fit. This is our favorite brand of sheets for our bed. They are very soft and comfortable and last longer than other brands of sheets. We've been out of the last set of sheets from this brand for a year and a half. With other brands, we've had less than a year before they got holes (we only keep one set of sheets at a time, wash them, then put them back to bed right away). Not sure if you need to sew pillowcases to buy good flannel sheets that fit perfectly. It looks like 1 person or machine sews the hem before sewing 1 side. On the other side the edge is not sewn.
