Not a bad machine, but doesn't handle soft foods well. The soft feed nozzle improves the situation a bit, but still not very well. Disappointed that you get some extra stuff with purchase that I don't need but I have to buy the soft food attachment separately. The price should include the most useful nozzle in my opinion.

Would give 5 stars for product only. I recorded 2 weeks ago and used every day. Built like a tank. Easier to clean than I expected and comes with great tools/brushes for that. The reason I deducted 2 stars is the service or lack thereof. I called 3 times on the day of the appointment with a question. I kept getting voicemails so left a message saying I just recorded and called with a question. It was July 11th. It's been 12 days and still no news from Tribest.

Nine years ago I bought a first generation Green Star on eBay for $150. So far it works perfectly. Based on all the feedback I'm hearing about Renda Angel Juicer customer service issues, I've decided to do this update. Produces fairly dry pulp and works quickly, may foam when working with softer fruit/veg or wheatgrass, needs frequent cleaning, and gutter out Plastic is a big disappointment with the tiny gaps and small screen that lets the pulp through.
