Nice looks but limited functionality since last purchase

These are really great shades that I bought for our old house a few years ago. Well, we've moved and I wanted to start putting curtains on all the windows. They are affordable and I liked the way they worked for us at our old location. BUT they are different. Glue is less effective. Three of my six blinds were hanging on one side or the other of the window frame. One day one fell. I keep regluing and leave them open for a few days to not pull against the glue, but they keep falling off. Second,

I have had at least 10 of these shades up to 3 recently purchased and installed and am very happy with them. Great product at a reasonable price and looks so beautiful in use. As they have to be cut and balanced very carefully, I measure, measure and check at least six times, which is fine because the end product is excellent (I mentioned I really, really like them).
