Cone filters on consumables and painting tools

They work just like everyone else. We use them for post cat, rental, nitro and latex. Medium for latex and thin for the rest. Usually one lasts all day.

Not to overdo it

Good price but all three filters I used came from the paper bag. The filtration was also very slow. The filtering was so bad (the color got between the filter material and the paper cone) that I couldn't tell any difference in color after filtering as I still had to remove the harder color particles from the wall. It might work for very small applications. I tried to filter out a gallon of paint.

Sturdy and works great

I am impressed with the quality of this product. I've used mesh filters in the past where either the filter material fell off +/or the cardboard wobbled and fell into the bucket. I prevent the latter by the fact that each filter has two opposite holes. I open the cone, thread a cut piece of strong wire hanger (from a local dry cleaner) through the holes and spread it around the rim of the bucket. This gives enough support that as long as I don't pour too much paint into the cone too quickly and
