Bought for my 3 year old kid; He hardly ever uses it. Came to tighten and the EPS liner came loose from the case. Very disappointed with the quality and durability. Having had the same Pro-Tec helmet for 20 years that I use all the time, treat it like crap and it's still great. So this EPS liner is glued with what looks like some glue spots. I will add a photo

Love the look of this helmet! Matte colors are particularly good. I also like the padding under the chin, it looks comfortable. The only reason I gave one star is because they state they fit 18" heads and not thicker pads. We got this for my daughter's 3rd birthday and it's a little loose so while we won't be returning it we're not entirely comfortable with the fact that hopefully our daughter will wear it for another 6 months.

This helmet is very difficult to fit when worn on a child's head. You have to get under the helmet while it's on to tighten it. We could never get in shape. I'm thankful my child didn't fall off while using it as I don't think it can provide adequate protection as it doesn't fit snugly enough. It is very expensive compared to the new one I bought which has a sample adjustment knob but is in a spot that is very easy to reach.

I was going to love this helmet but it was the most disappointing helmet we have ever had. Our medium headed four year old daughter hated it, no matter what we did it hit or bruised her chin and no matter how we adjusted or added the padding it never fit right - I even ordered separate padding to get it right but it did was so vile. I liked its coverage, but not when it's not comfortable or doesn't fit a baby's head! I had to get another one :(

Got this for my 7 year old to replace another helmet that didn't fit very well. We are very happy with the fit and adjustability of the helmet. My daughter says it's very comfortable, which is definitely important. I love how low on the back of the head it sits and doesn't slide to the side like her previous helmet. The kit comes with two sets of internal pads, one thicker than the other, which in turn helps the helmet fit the child's head better. We will buy another one for our youngest…
