I bought several webcams to compare in preparation for a big purchase for my office and this one had by far the best video quality and especially AUDIO quality. Most cameras in this price range have terrible audio. The audio from this camera is much cleaner and clearer than any other. It comes with a tripod, but it's very cheap plastic (again, to be expected for a $28 camera).
