Served about 4 years

Worked great for 4 years and the warranty was only 2 years. Thought the Tripp Lite would last longer so only 3 stars instead of 5. I don't want to spend money trying to find a replacement power cord for it and then finding out it's a bad box because the power cord looks ok. No scratches or anything like that. I suspect the problem is in the box.

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Replaceable

Powering your microcomputers

I use this device to power single board microcomputers. I would like an equivalent 24 port model. I consider this kind of devices to be indispensable for powering the bank for microcomputers.

Pros
  • Rugged design
Cons
  • Appearance

It worked great for the first month but stopped working after a week

Worked great for the first month then stopped working after a week. DO NOTHING NOW. It kept charging my devices but the blue light didn't work, now it's completely dead. Follow up - I called support and another one is sent right away. If it worked it was great I would give it 5 stars. I'll check my second one later.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Amazing piggy bank

I suspect the problem is in the box.

Pros
  • Delivers up to 105W maximum power, supports up to 5V, 2.1A per port simultaneously
Cons
  • Legacy model

Convenient USB charging with noisy fan

More and more mobile and other electronic devices these days don't come with power adapters for USB charging - they may include a charging cable, but you'll need to provide an adapter power adapter or charge the device by connecting it to a computer. Even if you have your own charging adapters, your charging area and power strip will become cluttered, tangled with power adapters and cords when trying to charge multiple devices. The Tripp Lite 10-Port USB Charging Hub solves these problems by…

Pros
  • 2-year limited warranty
Cons
  • not reliable
