Great for construction sites

I use this on construction sites to avoid nasty generators and it works great. It paid for itself many times over when I needed power tools and didn't have electricity on hand.

Pros
  • Grand prize
Cons
  • Negative impression

Juggernaut - Jump Starters, Chargers & Portable Power Supplies

I bought this inverter four years ago and installed it in my truck alongside camping use for barracks power outages. It's an inverter beast, no hiccups and flawless performance. You are only limited by your energy source.

Pros
  • a handy item
Cons
  • Clarity

Good inverter for my needs

Good inverter for my needs. I switched to this from an old PV1200 and love the extra power and features I have now. It's lighter than my old one and fits in the same spot which was an important consideration as my service cart had been installed for a number of years and I didn't want to move cupboards etc.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • boring packaging

It works. in inverters

I gave it a 4 because it has both pros and cons. The downsides aren't great with my plasma TV, the TV makes a whirring weather noise as it turns on and off. The service center representative said that this is a modified sine wave inverter and pure waves are recommended for sensitive electronics. Pros: While my 19" LCD TV works fine, the fans seem less powerful than the outlet, but that's not a big deal. The fluorescent lights work great, and yes I've brewed coffee with them and never broken a…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Powerful, not very efficient

Excellent inverter, no problem. It's not a pure sine wave, but it will power everything I put on it except microwaves. Electronics, TV, Xbox everything works fine. I had a large water pump that turned off my 2000 watt Honda. I use 4 deep cycles with thick cable (double 4/0) to get full power. A little smaller and it's just a bigger 2000w inverter. One downside is that it's inefficient for light workloads. When it is on, it will always run out of batteries. Six to eight amps. It has an…

Reliable quiet performance in tools and equipment

I installed it on a rancher. He had to use electric saws, drills and the like, which would normally require a generator. I tried to suggest a generator but he thought it would be better. Nakhodka has been running for a year now and he couldn't be happier. You don't have to deal with gas, oil, stench and noise, making it a pretty good choice. Flip the switch, plug and play. Therein lies an oddity or peculiarity. This saves energy through a kind of trial use. If you don't set this option…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
