I gave it a 4 because it has both pros and cons. The downsides aren't great with my plasma TV, the TV makes a whirring weather noise as it turns on and off. The service center representative said that this is a modified sine wave inverter and pure waves are recommended for sensitive electronics. Pros: While my 19" LCD TV works fine, the fans seem less powerful than the outlet, but that's not a big deal.
