I just got it yesterday and did a quick test to make sure it works. So I can easily give it 4 stars for what it is supposed to do. And based on other reviews here and on other sites, it should work for years with no issues. Now a few suggestions as others have said: 1. I'm very happy with the Tripp Lite extension. I had a big problem with 5 voltage adapters (wall outlets) that I had to connect to my new UPS Tripp Lite. The UPS output power connections were in most cases as close together as possible, making direct connection impossible.
