Three devices in 11 years - three catastrophic failures, the last of which in just over two years. everything was the same, the device just turns off completely and you can reset until your knees and fingers are completely numb. for the van market but more importantly they need to understand how literally painful it is to get one of these things to and from most campers - I really don't think they really understand that if they did , the quality would have been much better.
